Understanding is better than Criticism

"the wise are known for their understanding and pleasant words are persuasive.  From a wise mind comes wise speech; the words of the wise are persuasive."  Proverbs 16:21-23   Don't always think that one giving advise is being critical, they may just be trying to be helpful.  Our guilt makes it seem like criticism.
